After Cam unpacked his suitcase, I made him the most important meal of the day...

YIPEE! CAMERON IS HERE...

Cameron is here!!!! We thankfully found him. We had waited at the "Park and Wait" and his flight was listed as "enroute". Then the arrival time came and the sign didn't change. We went to the parking garage and parked and went inside. As it turned out, Cam's plane not only had already landed, but it landed early. (Stupid airport sign--you can't trust it.) So, while we were inside looking for Cameron, he was outside waiting for us (in the cold). We eventually found each other. Now Cameron is setting up his bedroom (after he showed us his "Micro-T" car--it goes really fast!). There is no school the next two days, so we'll have time to settle in. Tomorrow is Lacrosse practice at 4 pm. LaCrosse is Mon-Thurs @ 4pm, Wed is Mutual and Thurs is church basketball--we're so excited to get to watch Cam.

The last picture is of Glenn Close at the airport-hehe-while we were looking for Cam, an airport employee came up to me and said, "Do you know who Glenn Close is?" I said, "yes", and she said, "She's standing right over there at the United counter." Funny huh. The Sundance Film Festival is going on right now. I snapped the pic w/o my flash--it's fuzzy.)

Today Randy packed up the VW and headed to California to be closer to Katie and look for a job. He's really excited and we are excited for him. See ya soon, BooBoo Boy!

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood...

It's a fabulous day to be alive. The sunrise looked so beautiful peeking through Weber Canyon this morning. (Second pic is a few minutes later--the sun rises quickly :p ) Did anyone see The Office last night? Our family should get a radar gun!!! We would have a blast!

Ok, so I can't stop noticing how much warmer it is here in California compared to Utah. It's a good 30 degrees higher.

When I picked up the girls from school today Anna said: "Mom, right when we get home I'm running in and putting a skirt on. I was so hot today!!!"

Be careful using your debit card (if you use one). Some slime-ball bought six plane tickets with our debit card # in Italy @ $2200 total:(

Don't let your debit card out of your site and don't use it on the internet. We are going to use cash for restaurants, etc. just like the good ol' days.

PS: Our card wasn't stolen, so someone got the # from somewhere...

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Taylor Lautner will be back to morph into the monstrous Jacob Black in the "Twilight" sequel "New Moon."
There had been talk that a bigger, buffer, more menacing actor might play the role when the second of Stephenie Meyer's hugely successful vampire novels hits movie screens come Nov. 20. Lautner, by comparison, appears lean and sweet-faced in part one. But distributor Summit Entertainment and director Chris Weitz confirmed Wednesday that Lautner would be returning.
Stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson will also be returning as the saga's doomed young lovers, high schooler Bella Swan and brooding vampire Edward Cullen.
Catherine Hardwicke's "Twilight" opened at No. 1 with a whopping $69.6 million at the box office in November, the biggest opening ever for a female director. It has since grossed about $177 million domestically.

Let it snow...

It snowed last night...and today it's beautiful out!

Anna & McKalynn always sledded at our house, but now we're sledding by ourselves:(

Renee's health unit won a cash award this past year and this is how we spent it! We had a blast taking a limo to Salt Lake City to see Twilight on it's opening night. Rick had fun too--he has fangs in his mouth (it's not a goofy smile)! We're suppose to supply our employer with receipts for how we spent the money...we're just going to ignore that request.
