Spring Break

Spring break is here in Utah and so is the Wendell family.

Two of Cameron's buddies from Cali are here also--Cody and Brant. They are very cute. JeNae took them snowboarding today. A bunch of kids from the ward came to hang here tonight.

Cameron and I were looking at our cruise pictures on my computer and started looking at our other past vacations...NYC, Connecticut, Boston, Palmyra, ATVing, etc. We rock!

And so the lion fell in love with the lamb...

We just watched Twilight on DVD, and are now "devouring" the special features DVDs that came with it..."Stay, Edward, stay with me"…Bella Swan, Twilight, Chapter 23, p.456.

Can you believe that almost all the snow we got a couple of weeks ago is almost gone?! Spring is almost here!

The Party Continues

Last night Cameron invited some friends over for a non-birthday cake birthday party. Grandma Nay was nervous that only a couple kids would show up...Cameron's only been here for 1-1/2 months. Well 17 kids later, the house was rockin. I wish we had a basement when JeNae and Olivia were teenagers! Above is just a random pic that Cam took himself.

We all headed to The Junction in Ogden to celebrate Cameron's 15th birthday. Pam, Walter, Brandon, Wayne, Matthew, G-pa & G-ma had dinner with Cam at Costa Vida. Then we heading down the hall to the bowling alley and had a great time bowling.

Then we went upstairs to the iFly and watched some people fly and contemplated flying ourselves, but then a group of 12 walked in and signed up ahead of us. So we headed down to the Flowrider (spectators above). We videoed all of Cameron's "rides" but the blogger would only let me upload a short video. When you visit, the rest are on our computer. Below is Cameron boogie boarding. He LOVED it!

Happy Birthday Lyla!!!

Auntie Liv made another fun birthday cake, they just keep getting better and better.

Lyla started with a finger of frosting and ended with pounding and flinging the cake. All while the crowd egged her on for more.

Spending a Week in Utah

Cameron's birthday is March 5th, so we celebrated it last night at a sushi place. Then we came home and made warm chocolate melting cake!!!!

Lyla will be one on Tuesday (we'll celebrate her b-day tonight).

The weather was warm and beautiful yesterday and some partook in a snowball fight. Today JeNae, Jayson, Cameron, Spencer and Randy are snowboarding while Emily, Renee and Rick are hanging with Lyla.

Free Snow, Shovel All You Want

Katie's son, Derek, and Spencer and Emily playing in the snow last Saturday. We had another big storm on Tuesday. I'll take a picture of the snow we have now and post it soon. I misplaced my camera, but found it last night, so I'll get busy tomorrow (Friday).
